Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities are provided for Members and Corporate Partners at our premier events. We also offer non-members sponsorship opportunities as ways to get involved with the IBA and our Members. See below for just a few examples.

Business Leaders Luncheon

The Business Leaders Luncheon is our #1 networking event of the year! This event sells out every year, and for good reason. The IBA’s Business Leaders Luncheon celebrates the achievements of the LGBTQ+ business community, including the awarding of the PNC Bank LGBT Business Award. This event provides an outstanding opportunity to place your business in front of decision makers and support the work of Philadelphia’s LGBTA+ Chamber of Commerce. Our last Business Leader’s Luncheon event was the largest in attendance with a sellout crowd of over 300, comprised of members, Corporate Partners, state and local elected representatives, non-profit community partners and leaders, regional civic and business leaders, IBA allies and supporters.

ConnX

ConnX is IBA’s regularly- scheduled, signature monthly networking event. It provides opportunities for IBA Members as well as non-members to connect, provide referrals and additional connections within their individual networks. ConnX events are free to IBA Members and, at a low cost admission to non-members, encourages attendance and membership development. Our ConnX events are the Greater Philadelphia area’s largest and most well-attended LGBTQ+ monthly business networking series. These events are normally held on the third Tuesday of every month at member venues and businesses. All costs associated with the events are covered by the IBA venue or Member sponsor. Each event draws between 75-150 attendees, from all industries and backgrounds.

Holiday Party

The annual IBA Holiday Party has become the largest weeknight LGBTQ+ Holiday Party of its kind in the Greater Philadelphia region where members and non-members alike join together to celebrate the holiday spirit and network one last time before the new year. This event regularly brings over 300 community members to celebrate holiday cheer and business success. Each year, the announcement of the venue draws suspense. Past events have taken place at the nation’s first museum at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the National Museum of American Jewish History, the Curtis Center, and the Morris House Hotel.
