Reporting to the Controller, this is a mid-level position, based in our Philadelphia headquarters, requires a minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience in a department processing a high volume of monthly transactions. This role is responsible for all accounts payable activities with a focus on ensuring all company bills are paid accurately and on time. Service organization experience and knowledge of project-based accounting is required, and experience working in a “pass-through” organization is preferred. A strong proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software are needed in this position.
The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles, the desire to learn new things, and the ability to learn new procedures quickly, efficiently and accurately, while planning, prioritizing, and working with a sense of urgency. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as are general MS Office skills. As a Clincierge employee you frequently use Skype for Business and is comfortable in a fast paced environment.
