Join us at the top of the Philadelphia skyline to bring in the New Year, network among colleagues, and make new friends as we head to the Pyramid Club to kick off 2024 with our monthly ConnX.
This January’s ConnX has a special focus on employee resource groups (ERGs) and starts our upcoming series of events centered on amplifying, connecting, and elevating LGBTQIA+ focused ERGs from the Greater Philadelphia Region. If you’re a member or leader of an ERG, this networking event is for you to meet folks from other ERGs, share best practices, and grow your network. Stay tuned for more on our upcoming ERG events!
All are welcome to this FREE event! Whether you’ve been attending IBA events regularly, haven’t been in a while, or are brand new to the IBA, we’d love to have you join us. Meet local business owners, employees, and other community stakeholders.
