Join us as the IBA celebrates Women’s History Month with a dynamic panel discussion on mentorship. We will explore the best practices for fostering productive mentor/mentee relationships, learn how to leverage mentorship to advance our goals at every stage of our career, and examine ways to shift work dynamics to prioritize collaboration over competition amongst professional women.
